Full Job Description
Location: Bend, Oregon

Schedule: Full-Time | Tuesdays - Saturday

$38-$45/hour + Supportive In-House Therapy Team

What You'll Do
  • Deliver therapy services following individualized treatment plans
  • Support residents in performing daily living and rehabilitative activities
  • Observe and document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team
  • Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques and home programs
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative therapy environment

What You Bring
  • Active Oregon COTA License (we support and reimburse licensing costs)
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
