Schedule: Full-Time | Tuesdays - Saturday
$38-$45/hour + Supportive In-House Therapy TeamWhat You'll Do- Deliver therapy services following individualized treatment plans
- Support residents in performing daily living and rehabilitative activities
- Observe and document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team
- Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques and home programs
- Foster a supportive and collaborative therapy environment
What You Bring- Active Oregon COTA License (we support and reimburse licensing costs)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Valid CPR certification
- SNF, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred-but not required
- Strong clinical knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care
- A compassionate, team-oriented approach

Requirements
QualificationsEducation:
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
Licenses/Certification:
- Current COTA license required.
- Current CPR certification required.
Experience:
- Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
