Description
Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Surgical Neurophysiologist to join our growing clinical team. This role requires independent intraoperative monitoring across a variety of surgical procedures, including spine, craniotomy, ENT, and vascular cases. Candidates must be confident in managing complex cases and collaborating directly with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and supervising neurologists.
Key Responsibilities- Independently perform multimodality IONM (SSEP, TcMEP, EMG, BAEP, cranial nerve monitoring, etc.)
- Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot monitoring equipment in real time
- Identify and communicate significant waveform changes to surgical and anesthesia teams
- Document case findings accurately and in compliance with protocols
- Collaborate with remote or on-site neurologists for case oversight
- Mentor junior technologists as needed and support clinical education initiatives

Requirements
- CNIM certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of independent IONM experience preferred
- Proficiency across multiple modalities including SSEPs, EMG, and MEPs
- Strong intraoperative communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different hospital systems, teams, and workflows
- Willingness to work early-morning and occasional after-hours case
