CEO GLOBAL PRESIDENTIAL PROGRAM - ROTATIONAL LDP, ONLINE (MBA, OVER 5YRS EXP) PRESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE - ONLINE The Program The Presidential Management Associate (PMA) Program is part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Program. It is an intensive, 24-month rotational program consisting of four six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of MBA programs with over five years of work experience. This leadership development program integrates customized and diverse professional rotations with continuous development, strength-based coaching, mentoring, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. We engage the participants' creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences that attract, develop, and retain ELC's next generation of leaders. Online The Online track focuses on the increasingly important role of e/m-commerce and digital innovation in today's retail landscape. The Online PMA will be exposed to various functions within our organization with a focus on online commercial programming, site merchandising and analytics, and online marketing across brand.com and retailer.com. There will be a particular focus on emerging channels such as Amazon and Tik Tok Shop, which are fast-growing areas of the business. Support From Leaders • Program and rotation managers who will provide guidance and mentorship • Immediate exposure to senior leadership • Informal and formal feedback Developmental Programs • Intensive three-week onboarding program • Full week of developmental education in between first two rotations • Strengths-based individual coaching throughout your time in the program Post-Program Placement Upon successful completion of the program, PMAs are considered for Director-level roles at ELC. This placement is based on existing business needs, the PMA's evaluations, rate of development, contribution, and previous work experience. Qualifications Qualifications/Requirements • Currently pursuing an MBA degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027 with over five years full-time non-internship work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies • Relevant prior work experience • Demonstrated record of achievement as well as strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills • Global exposure/study abroad is a plus • Ability to relocate to New York City
