Your Role as a Center Director at Butterfly EffectsAs the onsite leader of our ABA center, you'll orchestrate clinical and operational excellence to deliver family-centered therapy for children with autism. Your impact spans:
- Managing & Supervising Teams: Direct BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs to deliver consistent, top-tier ABA services.
- Assessments & Program Development: Oversee functional assessments, individualized goals, and dynamic intervention plans.

- Operational Leadership: Implement OBM tools, monitor metrics via analytics, and drive recruitment/training for center success.

Qualifications for Center Director CandidatesWe seek mission-aligned BCBAs ready to lead. Essentials include:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field.
- Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Minimum 2 years' experience providing ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably in home or center settings.
- Proven motivation for clinical and administrative leadership.
- Strong passion for supporting children and families impacted by autism spectrum disorder.
