What We Offer
Compensation 
3 $90,000 - $100,000 salary range (based on experience and competency)
3 Up to $20,000 annual bonus potential
3 Bonus structure focused on consistency and clinical quality
3 No excessive billable hour pressure tied to bonuses

Hybrid Flexibility

After your first 90 days, BCBAs can complete up to 10 hours per week remotely for tasks like:
3 Parent trainings
3 Program modifications
3 Report writing
3 Administrative responsibilities
