Compensation & Incentives - Earn a base salary of $85,000-$95,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month) and a $5,000 signing bonus.
Your Role & Impact as a BCBA
  • Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment
  • Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
