Full Job Description
Earn a base salary of $80,000-$90,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month).+ a Sign-on Bonus from $2,500.
Your Role & Impact as a BCBA
  • Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment
  • Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
