Job Title: Cell Manager

What You Will Learn:
You will be responsible for optimizing production processes, improving short-term performance, and leading continuous improvement culture driving activities. Implementing operational excellence methodologies across the department in line with global standards:
- Guarantees efficient and compliant execution of packaging & processing operations, with a focus on safety, product quality,sustainabilityand productivity
- Serves as a culture leader who models expected behaviors and reinforces a high-performance environment
- Identifiesthrough data and observations performance gaps (losses analysis) :compliance with process, OEE, capability and quality standards
- Ensures the consistency of the completion and effectiveness ofpreviousday'sand today's actions, as well as the prioritization of them
- Champion for Safety, Quality, Reliability, and Performance, ensuring these principles guide daily decision-making and team behaviors.
- Modelsleadership attributes including accountability, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to positively influence team culture.
- Promotes and reinforces a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational discipline.
- Leadsimprovement projects derived from deviations in performance or cost.
- Applies and ensure the execution of lean tools (SMED, 5S, QRQC, SixSigma,...)and actively works toeliminatenon-value-added activities through standardization, simplification, and waste reduction.
- Facilitates action plans, tracks results, and ensures sustainability
- Drafts and formalizes machine/process modification requests when issues are beyond the scope of the production team's autonomy (expert intervention isrequired)
- Interfaces with project teams when expert/third party intervention isrequired
- Makes sure that the level 1 routine are being held with all the right data, and that lead to the right level of action
- Provides the level 2 & 3 routine with the elements that require the intervention of the management and/or project teams
You will be responsible for the successful introduction, integration, and ramp-up of new productions, after designing the appropriate production processes:
- Ensures the right operational standards and methods are in place and well applied
- Ensures that the ramp-up is properly coordinated with the project team
- Designs, documents, and delivers operator training for new products/production lines
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with major in technical field or Managementrequired, Engineering degreepreferred;
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a manufacturing management role or likeindustry;
- Computer Skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, StatisticalAnalysis;
- Conscientious, positive attitude, reliable,responsibleandflexible;
- Be self-motivated and work independently as well as in a teamsetting;
- Organized and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to meet timecommitments;
- Strong attention to detail and desire to follow procedures
