Full Job Description
Kenworth Division of PACCAR has an opening for a Sales Analyst - Credit Debit Memo Application (CDMA) Support. This role will be located in Kirkland, WA.

Position Summary

The Sales Analyst supports the Credit/Debit Memo Application (CDMA) by reviewing and processing requests from dealers and internal users for debits and credits related to published programs, policies, and pricing. This role is responsible for ensuring requests are accurate, compliant, and supported by proper documentation. The Sales Analyst also handles reconciliation and reporting for specific programs such as Sourcewell. In addition, this position serves as a backup to the Order Processing Administrator and may assume additional responsibilities as needed to support the Sales Planning department.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all activities related to credit and debit requests received from dealers and/or generated internally.
  • Analyze incoming credit and debit requests for accuracy and compliance with policies and sales promotions.
  • Work with dealers to ensure complete credit request documentation and their understanding of Kenworth's debit and credit policies.
  • Reconcile and report customer incentive programs.
  • Represent Kenworth on IT projects related to maintenance and improvements to the CDMA (Credit Debit Memo Application) system.
  • Maintain desk procedures and create training materials for others assisting with credit processing.
  • Serve as a backup to the Order Processing Administrator.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree is required, a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, gather facts, and resolve problems in a positive and efficient manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions based on multiple factors.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Excel, Access, and SQL.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
