Operational support continues throughout each dispatch, with load planning focused on reducing unnecessary delays and coordinating freight between customer locations. Familiar regional coverage also allows drivers to develop route knowledge and become comfortable with regular delivery areas and customer expectations.

Equipment: You'll be assigned a late-model Peterbilt 579 equipped with SiriusXM, an inverter, TV mount, refrigerator, and an Espar bunk heater. No slip seating means you'll remain in the same truck, giving you a consistent setup for each workweek.
