This position will serve as a key resource to Executive Leadership of Cooper Care Alliance Primary and Specialty Care for Camden/Cape. CCA Senior Director of Provider Performance & Strategy will provide direct oversight of all CCA provider’s performance/strategy operations and will have direct oversight of the CCA Coding/Billing team. In this role, the individual must be detailed-oriented, strategically minded whose responsibilities include assisting with financial planning budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, clinical integration, preparing projections, performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership. The individual will be responsible for providing CCA Exec Leadership with forecast guidance, proformas, and assisting with month-end finance processes. This role is responsible for leading financial strategy, reporting, and performance management for physician and APP’s services, with a strong emphasis on productivity metrics, including work Relative Value Units (wRVUs). This role partners closely with clinical, operational, and executive leadership to drive financial and strategic optimization, ensure accurate provider compensation modeling, and support data-driven decision-making across Cooper Care Alliance and the organization.This role oversees financial planning, productivity analytics, and reporting infrastructure to align provider performance with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry benchmarks. Individual must have the ability to perform a variety of financial activities such as planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting. This person must have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be able to present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner.CCA Senior Director of Provider Performance and Strategy will need to review and analyze P&Ls, financial statement operations and reports. Must have the ability to track KPIs and prepare financial reports to CCA Executive Leadership. Individual will be responsible for working with CCA budgets and assist with month-end processes. This individual will develop financial projections and build financial models to help CCA Exec Leadership make sound business decisions. This role is responsible for performing research and analysis as required and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and company policies. Must have the ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience with a working knowledge of financial strategies. Must present with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Must be detailed oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with proficiency in strong computer and IT system capabilities, i.e., Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or other related financial systems. Individual must have the ability to analyze data, evaluate capital expenditures and asset depreciation. The ability to evaluate statements and profit plans, identify financial performance trends/financial risk and make recommendations when needed.This role must hold Masters credential with at least 5+years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and modeling with a degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. Works collaboratively with the physicians, directors, and administrative office team. Proven leadership abilities and a deep understanding of the financial system and institution for best business finance practices. Must have excellent communication, written interpersonal, and presentation skills. Must have experience with an EHR to ensure billing and coding practices are aligned with Coopers organizational goals and policies.
