Full Job Description
The Team and Role:

Logitech is looking for a dynamic Category Portfolio Manager to manage the comprehensive product lifecycle for the Gaming Accessory portfolio within the North American region.

Our new Category Portfolio Manager will partner closely with sales, global teams, and supply chain to drive the achievement of key performance indicators ( revenue, margin, profitability, and market share). Serving as a regional lead, the ideal candidate will bring passion and enthusiasm for driving product line growth amongst all channels with direct accountability for product/price positioning, demand planning, inventory optimization, market intelligence, go-to-market schedules, product line reviews, new product pitches to channel partners, and P&L management.

This role requires ~18% travel for internal meetings, industry conferences (as required/needed), and on-site customer visits to strengthen partnerships.

  • Serve as the product and category expert to secure and expand product assortments with retailers.
  • Oversee product line management to ensure operational efficiency and adaptability to market dynamics.
  • Develop and implement pricing and promotional strategies to drive market growth and share.
  • Manage category product P&L and achieve defined business KPIs (pricing, promotional roadmap, standard margin).
  • Align with internal Business Groups to ensure optimal product positioning for the NAM region, acting as the in-market product category expert.
  • Manage demand forecasting and inventory, collaborating with sales operations and demand planning teams.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive reviews, and sales data analysis to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
  • Execute comprehensive Product Life Cycle Management, including NPI planning, price modeling, forecasting, product setup, inventory management, and end-of-life management, in partnership with sales, supply chain, and planning teams.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional quantitative skills for translating data into actionable business plans and profitable growth.
  • Strong P&L/portfolio management and business analysis capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to champion products and strategies both internally and externally.
  • In-depth understanding of retail partners and channel strategy, particularly within consumer electronics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaborative relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills to influence business, brand, and marketing strategy.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with diverse functional and geographical teams.
  • Possess self-management skills and a proactive demeanor.
  • Proven relevant industry experience in consumer technology.

Work Location and Model:

At Logitech, we empower global collaboration by providing a flexible hybrid work model. Depending on the role and team needs, this may include working remotely, on-site, or a blend of both. If relocation is required for this position, we will communicate the expected timeline and support offered.

This is a hybrid position and we are open to candidates the following Metro areas: San Jose, CA; Irvine, CA; Camas, WA; Dallas TX The successful candidate is expected to work onsite at one of our office locations 2–3 days per week, with the remaining days remote. Specific onsite days will be coordinated with your manager and team.

This position offers an OTE (On Target Earnings) typically between $ 102K and $ 220K, depending on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
