About the Role

Position owns or assists in the daily contact with a specific, major retail account. Incumbents work proactively to drive revenues/margins and share to ensure organizational profitability through executing strategic client specific business plans and solutions. Incumbent must have the ability to be a team player and provide direction to ensure a positive customer experience. Incumbent is seasoned and has the experience to handle complex customer issues with minimal supervision. Leverages supporting departments and TD SYNNEX leadership for support.

What You'll Do
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to top customer events and strategic customer meetings.
  • Work on site at the customer location 3-5 days a week
  • Review sales data, consumer behavior, and market trends using retail tools
  • Create category growth plans, product assortment options, and shelving/planogram layouts.
  • Work directly with Walmart merchant as an objective category expert.
  • Track product performance and adjust strategies to maximize sales and profit
  • Has deep knowledge of TD SYNNEX solution offerings and can proactively present to the customer
  • Ability to identify moderate level issues and problem solve, including escalations from Inside Account Representative.
  • Develops and expands strategic account and projects within established business segment or geographical region.
  • Ability to present the TD SYNNEX story and offerings
  • Collaborates with field sales team to answer RFPs, provide proposals to accounts, and QBR and strategic customer presentations.
  • Project management at a moderate level

Working Conditions:

Salary Range Requirement

Actual annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

  • This salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000.
