Job Description The purpose of the role is to own digital capability delivery of the transformation of supplier revenue protection and contract management as part of CAT 2.0, reinventing how Commercial manages revenue protection and contract management. By April 2028, the role will deliver integrated digital capabilities that enhance contract management and MSA obligation management, visibility, automate key processes, and provide proactive risk insights, enabling stronger synergies, improved decision-support , and increased resilience across the value chain. In the context of this job description, the term "contract" refers to the operational SAP Outline Agreements that contain the negotiated pricing and committed volumes of raw materials, packaging, and externally manufactured goods. 1. Transformation Delivery • Define and deliver the Revenue Protection & Contract Management capability roadmap aligned to CAT 2.0 • While the business 'owns' the outcomes of the program, this role will deliver prioritized capabilities that transform contract management, supplier risk visibility, and business continuity • Own measurable value realization across risk mitigation, resilience, compliance, and contract efficiency • Drive selection, design, and deployment of Contracting and Revenue Protection solutions aligned with Pet Nutrition digital strategy 2. Business Integration • Partner with Commercial, Legal, Risk, and Supply stakeholders to embed capabilities into core contract and supplier risk processes • In partnership track and deliver measurable value (risk reduction, resilience, compliance, contract cycle efficiency) • Influences Legal, Risk, and Supply teams on the adoption of new digital contracting standards and policies • Enable more proactive and integrated risk, revenue protection and contract decision-making 3. Digital / Revenue Protection & Contract Capability Build • Ensure integration with enterprise data platforms, sourcing systems, and SAP contract management tools • Establish governance for risk frameworks, resilience and contingency planning, compliance processes, and reporting standards • Develops and deploys digital tools to track and manage post-signature contractual obligations, ensuring both Mars and its suppliers meet their commitments. • Manage third-party vendors and system integrators including contracting and deliverables sign-off 4. Program Leadership • Apply program and project management best practices including budget, planning, scope, and reporting • Accountable for delivery of roadmap through April 2028 5. Scale & Sustain • Ensure global scalability, capability building, and sustainability of revenue protection and contract solutions • Lead transition from project delivery to BAU product/service ownership model • Drive standardization and automation of contract and risk management processes What we are looking for • Degree: Bachelor's: Field of Study: Technology, Computer Science, or related field • Advanced professional credentials such as PMP, Prince 2, SAFe, Agile, etc. • Information Technology (IT) and managing digital projects, with a proven record of accomplishment of success in managing projects. • Experience managing complex IT programs and capabilities with proven business partnering abilities while keeping in mind broader strategy/goals. • Ability to build, foster and nurture strong relationships with cross-functional and Global/Regional teams with strong stakeholder management. • Excellent project management skills, with a strong ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously across different countries and proven ability to manage project budgets and timelines. • Experienced in identifying and selecting digital solutions that are fit for purpose. • Experience in SAP procurement functionality, or risk management preferred • Strong cross-functional leadership and program delivery experience $134,000 - $168,000 #TBdigital
