If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two claims are the same, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for!

About the Role

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of financial lines claims - from directors and officers liability to fiduciary and employment practices - while working alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry. You are a motivated, detail-oriented claims professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and sound adjudication. You bring strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholders. You're comfortable representing the company externally and are eager to contribute to a high-performing, inclusive team culture.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

  • Primary & Excess Environments: Experience navigating both primary and excess insurance claim environments
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to engage with clients, brokers, and internal business partners at a senior level
  • Portfolio Analysis: Experience providing high-level portfolio analysis and identifying claims trends to inform business strategy
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working with Actuarial, Finance, Risk Management, or Underwriting teams
  • Industry Presence: Comfort representing an organization at industry conferences, client events, and professional society functions
  • International Exposure: Experience working with or providing guidance to international teams on US-specific trends and exposures
  • Self-Starter Mindset: Ability to work with minimal direct supervision while managing a complex and varied workload
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel approximately 5-10% of the time
