The success of Bank of America and Global Payments Solutions depends on continually enhancing, scaling, and differentiating the digital client experience. As CashPro continues to evolve, we are seeking a Go-to-Market Product Associate who will serve as a strategic connector across product, sales, service, marketing, and strategy teams. This individual will help shape and execute CashPro's go-to-market agenda through data-driven insights, strategic communications, operational excellence, and AI-enabled automation. The role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, storytelling, analytics, and execution.

The Go-to-Market Product Associate will play a pivotal role in advancing CashPro's growth strategy through data-informed initiatives that span internal and external audiences. As a key partner across product, sales, service, marketing, and strategy teams, the individual will lead cross-functional efforts that drive awareness, engagement, adoption, and revenue growth across CashPro's expanding suite of solutions.

Responsibilities include developing go-to-market plans for product launches and strategic business priorities, executing release readiness and communication strategies, and creating targeted sales enablement and client education materials that translate complex product capabilities into compelling value propositions. The role will leverage client feedback, market intelligence, adoption trends, performance metrics, and AI capabilities to develop insights, test hypotheses, and inform business decisions. Through analytics, dashboard insights, data storytelling, and executive-level communications, this individual will help shape engagement strategies, influence priorities, and measure business impact.

As CashPro continues to grow, this role will be instrumental in shaping go-to-market strategy, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring successful implementation of key initiatives. The successful candidate will combine strong business acumen, analytical and technical capabilities, communication expertise, and a passion for innovation to help position CashPro as the premier digital platform for business clients while delivering measurable growth, engagement, and client value.

•  3+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, go-to-market strategy, strategy, communications, or a related field.

•  Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable go-to-market plans and execute delivery.

•  Proven ability to synthesize complex business and technical information from multiple stakeholders into clear, concise, and impactful communications.

•  Ability to analyze and interpret data, market intelligence, and client feedback to identify trends, generate insights, and inform decision-making.

•  Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across cross-functional teams and build strong relationships across product, sales, service, marketing, and strategy organizations.

•  Interest in and ability to leverage AI tools and automation to improve productivity, uncover insights, and enhance business processes.

- Undergraduate degree required. Minimum: BS or BA degree

Desired Skills:

•  Knowledge of treasury management, payments, liquidity solutions, and digital banking platforms.

•  Experience supporting go-to-market strategies, product launches, client adoption, or sales enablement initiatives.

• Experience leveraging AI tools to synthesize complex information, streamline content creation, automate manual processes, or generate data-driven insights.

•  Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, or similar analytics and visualization tools.

•  Bank of America or other financial services experience, particularly within transaction banking, payments, or digital channels.

Pay range

$85,500.00 - $114,100.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
