Compensation: $70,000 - $101,000 (based on experience)

Clinic-Based Therapy- Reduce travel time: Most clients are based in one of our 8 upstate clinics, with minimal services provided in home or school settings.
- Collaborative support: Work alongside skilled BCBAs and supervisors in your clinic to brainstorm, problem-solve, and share expertise.
- Crisis management assistance: Every clinic has a site-specific supervisor on call for immediate support.
Professional Growth and Leadership Development- Receive leadership training on topics like mentoring RBTs, effective feedback, and managing diverse personalities.

Operational Support Structure- Focus on clients, not admin: Our scheduling, billing, intake, HR, and operations teams handle daily operational tasks, letting you maximize your billable hours.

What We're Looking For- Education & Certification: Current BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board; Master's degree in psychology, education, or a related human services field (BCBA).
- Experience & Skills:
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior plans, and client progress monitoring.
- Proficiency in Central Reach or similar data systems.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage in therapy sessions.
- Pre-Employment Requirement: All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment physical examination, including a tuberculosis (TB) screening.
