Full Job Description
At Valley Regional Hospital, patients are the center of our coordinated care system and right now we have an opening for a Case Manager Registered Nurse to join our team.

The primary responsibility of the Case Manager Registered Nurse is:
  • Incorporates appropriate assessment and intervention and/or technical skills in all interactions and/or delivery of patient care.
  • Communicates with patients, team members, and management in an accurate, timely manner.
  • Incorporates teaching in the delivery of care/service with a focus on health promotion and customer service.


The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience as an RN commensurate with the nurse case manager role
  • Current BCLS certificate.
  • Ability to be a self-motivated learner, to take initiative in learning the many complex processes


Compensation:

Pay Range: $81,723.20/Yr. - $115,107.20/Yr. (Based on 40 hours per week, otherwise pro rata)
