- Approximately 23,000 annual patient visits
- 29 total hospital beds
- EMR: Epic
- Admission rate: 7%
- 37 hours per day physician coverage with 9-hour shifts
- Medium acuity environment with a strong support structure
Competitive Compensation, with an estimated base salary of $250 to $250 hourly and the opportunity to earn additional bonus compensation through our RVU incentive plan. You will also receive a monthly medical director stipend of $4000 and quarterly quality incentive bonus. Facility DescriptionCascade Valley Hospital opened in 1901 to serve the greater Arlington community. The hospital underwent a significant renovation and expansion in 2010 and is now licensed for 48 beds. Patients are served by highly trained clinical nursing teams and board-certified hospitalists. Cascade Valley Hospital provides a multidisciplinary approach, with clinical specialists and support services available to provide compassionate, comprehensive care to every patient. Cascade Valley Hospital provides acute care, critical care, general surgery, a level IV Emergency Department and a Family Birth Center. The facility also offers a number of support services such as an in-house laboratory, rehabilitation, diagnostic imaging and more.
