5-7 years of relevant healthcare experience, preferably in a psychiatric setting
Valid California medical license and DEA certification
Proficiency in psychopharmacology and evidence-based care

Experience with electronic health records, particularly Epic

Full Job Description
Client Care & Treatment
Enrolled in Stanford University's psychiatry residency program
Provides evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment, including psychopharmacology, to Casa del Sol (CDS) patients
Coordinates with primary care, hospitals, and other specialties, whether at La Clinica or external, regarding medical needs of Behavioral Health clients
Knowledge
Knowledge of psychopharmacology
Cultural competence working with under-resourced and/or immigrant communities
Knowledge and experience with Epic
High degree of interpersonal competence with both staff and patients, and thorough knowledge of evidence-based care
Abilities
Ability and willingness to work effectively as an interdisciplinary team member to improve and support the care of CDS patients
Ability to deal courteously and effectively with complex patient profiles
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish professional and clinical relationships with people from various ethnic, socio-economic, educational and life experience
Ability to keep accurate and clear records of patient information
