SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:The Solutions Architect (SA) position is a solutions subject matter expert (SME) responsible for designing Workforce Consulting programs that meet the business objects defined by our customers and mentoring junior SA team members. The ideal candidate has the ability to manage multiple complex projects and is comfortable leading conversations with mid to senior-level stakeholders.
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:Learn and understand the business objectives our customer is looking to achieve during an implementation, program expansion, or reconfiguration (10%)
- Strong ability to lead business discovery by going beyond the surface, to learn about as-is processes, policies, business needs and anticipate customer's needs (10%)
- Analyze as-is processes while bringing industry experience and best practices to recommend procedures to provide opportunity for efficiencies (10%)
- Strong ability to lead and consult with customer towards best practice recommendations (10%)
- Provide technology demonstrations for key customer stakeholders to gain design alignment (10%)
- Strong impact assessment skills and how to determine options with pros and cons (10%)
- Master the capabilities of the Vendor Management Systems and how functionalities can be applied (10%)
- Gather and analyze data to ensure it aligns with the technology configuration (10%)
- Strong ability to have technical conversations to assess how data can be passed and regularly maintained in the Vendor Management System (10%)
- Provide support and mentorship to junior team members (10%)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum of 2-4 years' experience as a Solutions Architect or Business Systems Analyst
- Advanced understanding of the Managed Services Provider and Vendor Management Industry, including: temporary labor, ICC/Freelancer compliances, SOW management, RPO services etc.
- Excellent analysis and design experience in multiple Vendor Management Systems
- Implementation experience within a technology organization
- Technical aptitude, strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to provide technology demonstrations
- High attention to detail with high quality standards of one's own work and work products
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative environment
- Ability to self-manage time and tasks, including managing multiple projects
- Ability to quickly build rapport and relationships with internal colleagues and with customers
- Understanding and application of implementation methodologies
- Energetic and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide leadership and direction to junior team members
