SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:This position will drive the change management design and execution of workforce solutions with a strong focus on Statement of Work (SOW)/ Services Procurement, procurement-led transformation, and supplier enablement. The role serves as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders and partners closely with Procurement, Sourcing, Category Management, Legal, Finance, business owners, suppliers, project managers, and client stakeholders to support adoption of new processes, technologies, operating models, and workforce solutions. The position will own and measure end-to-end change management outcomes, including adoption methods, readiness strategies, stakeholder engagement, supplier transition support, and business impact. The ideal candidate combines formal change management expertise with practical experience in procurement or services procurement environments, including SOW lifecycle management, supplier onboarding, governance, compliance, sourcing events, contract-to-delivery processes. The position will collaborate with a, Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations team, will need to understand workforce vendor management systems (VMS), and be able to articulate and deliver enterprise transformation initiatives specifically aligned to services procurement/SOW.
This role also includes collaborating with other ETT leaders to define the next generation change management methodologies for AgileOne
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS (each duty and function listed indicates % of time to total 100%): - Consult strategically with clients and internal stakeholders on procurement-led transformation, SOW/Services Procurement adoption, stakeholder assessments, change impact and adoption analyses, readiness assessments, supplier transition risks, and governance considerations to advance implementation toward timely revenue opportunities. 40%
- Create and maintain change management plans, communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption road maps aligned to procurement, sourcing, category management, supplier enablement, and organizational success objectives. 35%
- Develop interventions that increase stakeholder and supplier engagement, minimize resistance, support procurement process compliance, and measure adoption, utilization, proficiency, and business outcomes across SOW and Services Procurement workflows. 10%
- Foster innovation and continuous improvement by leveraging AI (Microsoft co-pilot. ChatGPT, etc.) for Global change management. 10%

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: The primary duties of this position are performance and execution of business operational requirements of the Company. This position's primary duties include the exercise of discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in change management, procurement transformation, services procurement, SOW program management, procurement operations, and/or a related business transformation role such as: Procurement Manager, Category Manager, Services Procurement Manager, or SOW program leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of change management methods, ADKAR program adoption principles, and practical application of change strategies within procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and Services Procurement environments.
- Experience supporting and implementing large-scale organizational transformations, preferably involving procurement operating model changes, supplier transition, SOW lifecycle governance, MSP/VMS implementations, or enterprise technology adoption.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with executive sponsors, procurement leaders, client stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional project teams.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to build strong relationships across executive leadership, business units, procurement teams, suppliers, and project teams.
- Working knowledge of procurement processes, including intake, sourcing, supplier selection, contracting, purchase order alignment, milestones, onboarding, governance, compliance, performance management, and stakeholder adoption.
- Demonstrated experience supporting SOW/Services Procurement programs, including translating procurement requirements into change impacts, training needs, communications, role clarity, and adoption plans for business users and suppliers.
- Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in change management and AI tools and techniques
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements.
- Experience working cross functionally and assessing organizational change readiness
- Collaborate with procurement leaders, implementation category managers, sourcing teams, legal, finance, suppliers, and business stakeholders during supplier transitions, SOW program rollouts, provider onboarding, and procurement process changes to recommend and execute effective change initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field, preferred or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training considered.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., CCMP, PROSCI) is a plus.
LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED (written & verbal): Strong communicator with experience working with executive stakeholders, procurement leaders, suppliers, cross-functional teams, and matrixed organizations. Ability to translate procurement, SOW, Services Procurement, MSP/VMS, and operational requirements into clear stakeholder communications, adoption messaging, training materials, reports, business correspondence, and SOP procedural manuals. Ability to facilitate workshops, focus groups, leadership alignment sessions, supplier readiness sessions, change champion networks, and stakeholder briefings. Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, suppliers, procurement teams, and the general public.
COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, email, and the internet. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, CoPilot, and Visio. Experience learning, supporting, or driving adoption of procurement, SOW, Services Procurement, MSP, VMS, supplier management, or workflow technology platforms preferred. Ability to quickly learn AgileOne and 3rd party VMS proprietary technology.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: - AI - Artificial Intelligent application skills (CoPilot preferred) applicable to support creating efficiencies in change management operations
- Services Procurement and SOW lifecycle knowledge, including supplier onboarding, governance, compliance, stakeholder adoption, and procurement process enablement
- Procurement, sourcing, category management, or supplier management experience; prior Procurement Manager experience a plus.
