Full Job Description
CapitolHill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation LLC (CCCC) is hiring clinicians for our well-established group practice serving the D.C., Virginia, and Maryland area. We provide culturally responsive, high-quality care through in-person and telehealth services, including therapy and psychological testing for clients of all ages. We offer a collaborative, multicultural work environment. This is a 1099 contractor role with potential for W-2 transition based on performance.

Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
Part-Time: Psychotherapist $46/hourly. Psychologist $87/hourly
Full time: $70,000 - $100,000/year Psychologist/Psychotherapist

Position Overview:

Join our clinical team as an EMDR Therapist and make a meaningful impact in clients' trauma recovery. We are seeking a licensed clinician trained in EMDR who brings both clinical expertise and compassion to their work. In this role, you will assess client needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and provide EMDR therapy to support healing and resilience. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate records, and uphold a strong commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care while continuing to grow professionally.

Requirements:

-Candidates must be independently licensed in Virginia or Maryland. Licensure in Washington, D.C. is preferred, with priority given to clinicians licensed across all jurisdictions

-Passion for delivering exceptional mental health care
