Full Job Description
As the Career Development & Operational Excellence Lead, you will play a key role in shaping how employees across North America explore career opportunities, understand potential career paths, build critical skills, and navigate their long-term growth and development.

In this role, you will lead the adoption and integration of our career development ecosystem and skills-based talent strategy across the region. You will help embed career growth and workforce development practices into the employee experience, ensuring that employees and leaders have the tools, insights, and resources needed to make informed career and talent decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Career Development & Employee Experience
  • Lead the North America strategy for employee career growth experiences, with Career Hub as a core enabler
  • Drive adoption of Career Hub across North America by embedding it into core people processes and talent decisions
  • Partner with process owners to integrate Career Hub into talent reviews, succession planning, development planning, learning, onboarding, internal mobility, and related talent routines
  • Design and deliver career experiences, campaigns, and resources that help employees discover opportunities, build relevant skills, and take ownership of their growth
  • Partner across Talent Management, Talent Development, HRBPs, business leaders, and global stakeholders to align priorities and increase adoption
  • Measure and improve employee engagement, Career Hub adoption, career visibility, internal mobility, and career development outcomes
  • Influence regional and cross-functional stakeholders to build lasting habits and sustained integration rather than one-time launches

Operational Excellence & Enablement
  • Build and run the operating engine of the function so the team is more scalable, data-driven, and effective
  • Create scalable and repeatable ways of working through process discipline, automation, AI enablement, governance, and simplification
  • Map, simplify, and improve core team processes, replacing fragmented or manual work with more standardized systems and tools
  • Identify and remove friction, duplication, and inconsistency across workflows to improve speed, quality, and clarity

Operating Rhythm & Governance
  • Own the operating rhythm of the function, including planning cycles, business reviews, OKR check-ins, and follow-through routines that keep work moving
  • Drive goal governance by helping the team set, track, monitor, and report on priorities, risks, and dependencies
  • Act as a connective hub across pillars and workstreams, aligning priorities and driving commitments through to closure
  • Prepare leadership and governance forums with clear agendas, useful insights, and structured follow-up that turns discussion into decisions and accountability

Analytics, Insight & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead Talent 360 analytics, dashboards, and reporting as a trusted source of insight across North America
  • Translate talent, workforce, and adoption data into clear and compelling stories that support better and faster decisions
  • Define and monitor the metrics that matter, linking operational performance to career, talent, and workforce outcomes
  • Identify and deploy practical AI and digital enablement opportunities that improve productivity, scale, and effectiveness across the function
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts informed by analytics, stakeholder feedback, and business needs.

Required Experience
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional change, transformation, or integration initiatives in a matrixed organization
  • Experience driving adoption of a digital platform, self-service tool, or enterprise solution by embedding it into business or people processes
  • Experience influencing process owners and stakeholders to change routines, behaviors, or ways of working without direct authority
  • Experience connecting one solution or platform across multiple talent or people processes rather than managing it as a standalone initiative
  • Experience building or improving governance routines, operating cadence, and scalable cross-functional processes
  • Experience using analytics, dashboards, and reporting to generate insights and improve adoption, decision-making, or organizational outcomes
  • Experience translating strategy into execution through clear plans, measurable outcomes, and disciplined follow-through
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and dependencies while maintaining momentum and clarity
  • Currently local to Nashville, TN; Boston, Andover or Foxboro, MA; Raleigh, NC; Dallas, TX, or Chicago, IL and able to work 2-days in office per week.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in Talent Management, Career Development, Organizational Development, Workforce Strategy, Employee Experience, HR Transformation, or a related people function
  • Experience serving as a regional business lead, integration lead, or adoption lead for a platform or enterprise solution
