Full Job Description
About the Role

Unicity Care Management is hiring a Care Operations Manager to help drive a high-touch, well-run client experience across our growing care management business.

This is not a back-office admin role. It is a key operations position at the center of care team coordination, client and family communication, and day-to-day execution. You will help keep schedules organized, documentation and billing workflows on track, and client communication responsive and professional. Just as importantly, you will help clients and families see the office as a trusted, dependable point of contact.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in healthcare operations, care coordination, scheduling, client services, or home care - someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and excellent with people. A clinical background, including nursing or social work, is a plus, but not required.
What You'll Do
• Coordinate care manager schedules and help ensure client needs are handled smoothly, consistently, and without disruption.
• Help ensure visits, documentation, and related follow-up are completed accurately and on time.
• Review time records and related information for accuracy and help support clean, reliable billing processes.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with care managers, clients, and families.
• Serve as a trusted, office-based point of contact for client and family questions, needs, and follow-up.
• Provide after-hours support for urgent operational issues; this may include participating in an on-call rotation.
• Support leadership in keeping the care operation disciplined, responsive, and well-run.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
• Experience in healthcare, care coordination, home care, private-duty care, or a similar service environment.
• Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and comfort managing multiple moving parts.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients, families, and team members.
• A calm, solutions-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Must pass a background check.

Benefits
  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)
  • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
  • Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)
  • Short Term & Long Term Disability
  • Training & Development
  • Wellness Resources
