Advanced Practitioner Role Scope

The Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant will provide direct care to patients in the outpatient and inpatient (hybrid) setting in collaboration with physicians. Must have the ability to identify diagnostic information that should be considered emergent and communicate timely information to physician colleagues.
The Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant, in collaboration with a licensed physician and in accordance the Nurse Practitioner's scope of practice and collaborative relationships, prescribe, dispense and administer therapeutic and corrective measures. The provider should exhibit a passion for cardiology and be open to being part of a rapidly growing institute where adaptability is paramount.
Shift: Full Time - 40 hours - Some weekends and some holidays
*Role would be covering Backus Hospital and Windham ambulatory clinic*
