Job Description

Clinical Holter Monitoring Supervisor (Pleasanton, CA)

The Clinical Holter Monitoring Supervisor will be responsible for leading and providing guidance to a team of 12-15 direct reports within a cardiac telemetry service center for the ECG Solutions Holter product.

Your role:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Holter Monitoring team, ensuring efficient workflow, quality performance, and excellent customer support.

  • Supervise, coach, and develop employees through performance management, onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.

  • Monitor operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes, team effectiveness, and service delivery.

  • Support daily department operations through rotating assignments, including oversight of shared mailboxes, phone queues, technician support, and workflow coverage.

  • Partner with leadership to maintain staffing coverage and ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and quality standards.

  • You will work Monday-Friday 4:00am-12:30pm PST including a holiday rotation.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have 1+ years’ experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years’ of experience with Vocational Education in Clinical Operations, ECG Monitoring and Analysis or equivalent; leadership experience with direct reports is preferred.

  • You have an active CRAT or CCT certification, RN license, or licensed Paramedic with current ACLS certification.

  • Your skills include a high technical aptitude, advanced computer skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office software. You are adept at working across various technological platforms, easily adapting to change, and leading a team with confidence, additionally, you possess strong ECG rhythm interpretation skills, ensuring accurate assessments and optimal outcomes.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.

The pay range for this position in Pleasanton, CA is $73,000 to $115,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found .
