Job Summary and QualificationsAs the Lead Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist at HCA Healthcare, you'll be more than an expert in the lab-you'll be the guide who sets the standard for excellence. Your responsibilities will include:- Leading by example during complex cardiac and vascular procedures, ensuring precision, safety, and compassionate care
- Coaching, mentoring, and precepting team members to build confidence, skill, and alignment with best practices
- Overseeing workflow, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining a safe, sterile, and fully prepared environment
- Advocating for patients and families throughout the care journey, providing guidance, education, and reassurance
- Driving team success by supporting hiring, onboarding, and communication of new practices and standards
What qualifications you will need:- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Certificate
- (RN) Registered Nurse, or (ARRT-R) Radiography, or (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
