The hiring range for this opportunity is $138,000 to $180,000 annual salary along with incentive opportunities, creating a competitive total compensation package based on our pay scale, and may be modified by location and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week onsite at our Roseville Corporate Office.
Position SummaryThe Product & Delivery Officer serves as a key individual contributor within the Commercial Card organization, driving product execution, operational readiness, and delivery strategy. This role partners across Product, Operations, Support, Sales, Technology, and vendor organizations to advance strategic initiatives, enhance client experiences, and support organizational growth. The position plays a critical role in developing scalable operating models, establishing delivery frameworks for new solutions, and driving continuous improvement across the Commercial Card business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Drive execution of Commercial Card product strategies, initiatives, and roadmap priorities.
- Lead coordination of product enhancements, issue resolution, testing, and change management activities.
- Develop documentation, communications, and operational readiness plans supporting new capabilities.
- Develop scalable onboarding, implementation, and support processes, standards, and best practices.
- Lead development of the Commercial Card client delivery framework for emerging solutions and platforms.
- Partner with leadership to establish future-state delivery models and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive development of the future Operations & Support function through process design, documentation, and service standards.
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, and key stakeholders to support operational readiness and sustainable growth.
Education- Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Field of Study: Relevant field or equivalent work experience
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge- More than 8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Commercial Card, Payments, Treasury Management, or a related financial services environment.
- Advanced knowledge of product management, product operations, and delivery lifecycle management within Commercial Card, Payments, Treasury Management, or related financial services environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, Technology, Sales, Support, Risk, Compliance, and external vendor partners.
Strong knowledge of process improvement, operational readiness, change management, testing coordination, and implementation best practices. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project management tools used for planning, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes, identify operational efficiencies, develop scalable workflows, and implement sustainable solutions that improve client and employee experiences.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop documentation, facilitate stakeholder discussions, present recommendations, and influence outcomes across multiple organizational levels.
