  • Build and maintain schedule logic, sequencing, and hierarchy aligned with project plans.
  • Establish and track key schedule performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor progress.
  • Evaluate schedules for accuracy, feasibility, and competitiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Determine resource-loading requirements, apply resource data to schedules, and highlight critical resource constraints.
  • Perform critical path and schedule risk analyses, identifying deviations and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Lead schedule review/status meetings and deliver timely schedule updates per the schedule management plan.
  • Develop and communicate clear schedule reports and insights that support decision-making.
  • Partner with engineering, construction, and cost engineering teams to track progress, assess earned value, and support change-management processes.

  • Ability to effectively interact with and influence people at all levels within and outside of Chemours
  • Ability to travel (up to 25%)
  • Candidates must be based within the Central (CT) or Eastern (ET) time zones and be able to commute to any of our facilities within the region as business needs require. While the role offers flexibility, proximity to Chemours sites is important to support in-person collaboration, project activities, and stakeholder meetings
