Full Job Description
Role Scope
  • Own capital equipment programs: specification, procurement support, installation, and startup across the factory.
  • Write the equipment specs and URS documents that make vendor quotes comparable and acceptance enforceable.
  • Manage installation projects: rigging, utilities, and integration coordinated with construction and operations.
  • Run FATs and SATs that catch problems at the vendor, not on our floor.
What We're Looking For
  • The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
  • You've delivered capital equipment projects from spec through site acceptance in manufacturing.
  • You've written specs tight enough to reject a machine against.
  • You've coordinated rigging, utilities, and trades for major installs.
  • You hold vendors to acceptance criteria under schedule pressure.
  • You hand equipment to operations with training and documentation, not just keys.
  • Bonus: Fabrication or heavy assembly equipment. Project cost control. Machine safety compliance. Multi-machine programs.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
