Full Job Description
Supports Service business from an operational and strategic perspective deploying detailed know-how on service offerings, products and application domain. The Candidate Success Manager/recruiter is a permanent role in our Education & Workforce Solutions (EWS) organization.  The open Talent Advisor is a key member in the EWS organization working to support our FlexForceTM and CrewPlaceTM programs. This is a role well suited to a focused professional, looking for the next step in their career. Please note this is a remote based position and can be located anywhere within the continental US. • You will work closely with the Workforce Solutions Team to deeply understand requirements of the roles within the FlexForceTM and CrewPlaceTM programs and how they fit into the organization along with customers across the United States; • You will engage with multiple direct sourcing recruitment strategies to manage an efficient model of operation that supports talent flow applicable to our contract labor requirements.  • You will shepherd talent sourcing tactics such as social and professional media sourcing, CRM Sourcing, networking, name generation, industry events, associations, online communities, external research, etc. • Provide recommendations to leadership on programs that target an expanded supply base in order to capture and convert an increased volume of candidates • You will manage other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will possess the following characteristics: • You are a strong team player, effective at establishing a culture of healthy communication and mutual trust within your group;  • You are effective at navigating a large, matrixed organization, and excel at collaborating with functions outside of your team in order to achieve common goals;   • You possess a customer-centric approach to talent delivery, and are able to develop creative solutions to facilitate hiring goals; • You have strong written and verbal communication skills; • You are extremely flexible, proactive, highly organized, and able to easily shift priorities; • You have exceptional follow-through and attention to detail Required experience for the success of this role: • 3 -5 years staffing industry experience, specifically in an Allied environment; • Demonstrated experience in developing talent pipelines and communities; • Mastery of Recruitment Technology Tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZoomInfo) • Comfortable working within several separate systems/tools to review, interpret or enter data • Strong project management, writing, and verbal communication skills • High school Diploma or GED equivalent required; preferably Bachelor degree in business, marketing, human resources or related field • Preferred CCWP credentials The base pay range for this position is: $85,350 - $117,359 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
