The OpportunityCoury Hospitality has an exciting opportunity for a
Campus Engineering Manager supporting the dual-branded campus of TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection and AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park. Together, these two distinctive Marriott brands offer a powerful blend of elevated luxury and modern simplicity, serving Silicon Valley's leading tech, corporate, and campus-based clientele.
As a Campus Sales Manager, You'll:- Lead and develop the Engineering team.
- Oversee maintenance operations across both hotels.
- Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and life safety systems.
- Administer preventative maintenance programs.
- Ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
- Manage budgets, inventories, vendors and capital projects.
- Partner with Operations teams to support guest satisfaction.
- Support Director of Engineering with manager tasks and additional duties.
- Support campus-wide sales strategies, promotions, and special projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of engineering or facilities management experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, campus-based team environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.
