Capital Group Rotational Program - Client & Product Track Associate - US - Los AngelesThe Client & Product Track consists of three rotational assignments completed over two years, providing exposure to teams responsible for delivering investment solutions, engaging clients, and supporting business growth. Rotations may include opportunities in areas such as:
- Sales & Relationship Management: Support client engagement, business development, relationship management, and client service initiatives.
- Business Management: Contribute to strategic planning, business operations, organizational effectiveness, and execution of key priorities.
- Product Strategy: Support product positioning, competitive analysis, market insights, and long-term product strategy.
- Marketing: Contribute to marketing campaigns, client communications, content development, events, and brand initiatives.
- Insights & Analytics: Leverage research, business intelligence, and data analysis to support decision-making and business outcomes.
- Sales Enablement & Client Support: Help develop the tools, resources, processes, and capabilities that enable teams to serve clients effectively.
- Additional Client & Product Functions: Gain exposure to other teams that contribute to client engagement, product development, and business growth across Capital Group.
Across rotations, associates may contribute to strategic initiatives, conduct market, product, and client research, analyze business trends and insights, develop recommendations for stakeholders, and collaborate across teams to support client outcomes and business growth. In addition to on-the-job learning, associates participate in Capital Group's
Core Skills Academy, a shared development experience that includes professional skills training, business acumen development, networking opportunities, leadership exposure, and career development resources

Qualifications - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $72,816-$116,506
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
