About the Role

Dandy is hiring a Campaign Operations Lead to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. This role will sit on the Growth team, where you'll lead strategic execution of operational programs, ensuring campaigns are delivered successfully with accuracy, speed, and quality.

What You'll Do
  • Own end-to-end lead management, ensuring accurate lead lifecycle tracking and efficient marketing to sales lead hand-off.
  • Manage and optimize Marketo programs and connected marketing systems to maintain data hygiene, data quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead international campaign operations to ensure data governance, compliance, and system alignment as we scale into new geos.
  • Partner with channel managers (paid media, events, email, website, etc) on campaign execution through processes and systems.
  • Enforce best practices for database management and segmentation.
  • Support lead scoring model maintenance and iterations that deliver high quality, high intent leads to sales.

What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years in a Marketing Operations or similar role
  • Proven hands-on experience and deep expertise with Marketo for campaign execution, system administration, and platform management.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in B2B high growth tech company
