Campaign Marketing Manager
About the role

Built is hiring a Campaign Marketing Manager to drive demand, adoption, and growth among Owners, Developers, and General Contractors. This role will turn the business unit's highest-priority customer challenges and commercial bets into clear marketing strategies and creative, integrated campaigns.

You will translate business priorities, customer insight, and Built's central messaging into cohesive campaign narratives. You will own the campaign strategy for this audience, identify the moments and customer needs that matter most, set the creative direction and content brief, and orchestrate execution with Growth, GTM Engineering, Events and ABM, Communications, and Enablement.

This role is ideal for a marketer who combines strong judgment about audience intent with an instinct for great creative. You know how to make a complex B2B story feel relevant, urgent, and easy to act on. You are comfortable using data to improve campaigns quickly and care as much about product adoption and expansion as you do about pipeline.
What you'll do
Own integrated campaign strategy
  • Translate business strategy, customer needs, and growth goals into a focused campaign roadmap for the business unit.
  • Identify the highest-value audiences, use cases, buying moments, and growth opportunities.
  • Build campaign briefs that define the audience, objective, customer insight, message, creative direction, channel plan, offer, and success measures.
  • Set campaign success measures before launch, including qualified pipeline, engagement, eligible-account adoption, and expansion indicators.
Develop creative campaigns that create and capture demand
  • Create integrated campaign concepts that make Built's value proposition compelling to Owners, Developers, and General Contractors.
  • Develop messaging and content direction that speaks to customer pain points, desired outcomes, and in-market intent.
  • Unify paid, owned, field, sales, and customer touchpoints into one cohesive campaign motion.
  • Partner with Creative, Content, Growth, GTM Engineering, Events and ABM, and Communications to bring campaigns to market.
Drive demand, adoption, and commercial results
  • Partner with Sales leaders to align priority segments, accounts, and campaign goals to the business unit's pipeline plan.
  • Work with GTM Engineers to build audiences, activate campaigns, test hypotheses, and optimize performance.
  • Work with Enablement to ensure Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Implementation teams can carry the campaign story into customer conversations and adoption motions.
  • Test and improve performance across audience, message, creative, offer, and channel mix. Use results to improve future campaign strategy and investment.
Bring customer insight into the work
  • Stay close to the market, target accounts, customer conversations, and competitive landscape.
  • Turn customer insight, sales feedback, and intent signals into sharper campaign choices and creative ideas.
  • Partner with Product and central marketing teams to understand upcoming releases and identify the right moments to bring them into market-facing campaigns.
What you'll bring
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, integrated campaign marketing, growth marketing, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable business results.
  • Strong creative instincts and an ability to turn customer insight into clear campaign ideas, messaging, and content direction.
  • Comfort using performance data to evaluate campaign results, diagnose what is working, and recommend clear next steps.
  • Experience collaborating across Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Product, Growth, and creative teams.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to bring multiple contributors together around a clear plan.
  • Experience in construction, real estate, financial services, or vertical SaaS is a plus.
What success looks like

Within the first six months, you will have:
  • Established a clear campaign roadmap tied to the business unit's biggest growth opportunities.
  • Launched integrated campaigns with a consistent story across marketing and customer-facing teams.
  • Built a repeatable process for using audience intent, customer insight, and performance data to improve campaigns.
  • Created measurable contributions to pipeline, product adoption, and expansion goals.
