Job Description
The Campaign Manager, Content Syndication & Specialty Media, owns the strategy, execution, optimization, and performance of HP's content syndication, affiliate marketing, and specialized media programs. This role serves as the subject-matter expert for third-party demand-generation channels, ensuring HP effectively reaches target audiences through trusted external publishers, syndication networks, affiliate partners, industry communities, and emerging media platforms. The role is responsible for managing vendor relationships, developing channel strategies, executing campaigns, monitoring performance, and driving continuous optimization across specialized demand generation programs. Working closely with the Content Strategist, Media team, Campaign managers, and external partners, this individual ensures programs contribute measurable pipeline, account engagement, and demand generation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the Content Syndication program strategy, execution, optimization, and performance management.
• Manage strategic relationships with content syndication vendors: Foundry, TA, TechTarget and other third-party publishers.
• Develop and execute affiliate marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and demand generation.
• Define audience targeting, account selection, content recommendations, and activation strategies in partnership with Growth Marketing lead and Content Strategist.
• Manage campaign setup, vendor onboarding, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and performance reporting
• Monitor account engagement, buying group penetration, lead quality, and pipeline contribution across programs.
• Optimize campaign performance through audience refinements, content testing, vendor recommendations, and channel mix adjustments.
• Develop best practices, operating procedures, measurement frameworks, and performance benchmarks for each channel.
• Evaluate emerging media opportunities, industry communities, webinar networks, review platforms, and new demand generation channels.
• Partner with Media, Analytics, and Growth teams to establish attribution models and measure program impact.
• Present performance insights, recommendations, and investment strategies to leadership.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in segment marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $135,000 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
