Responsibilities
Develop livestream campaigns aligned with business objectives and growth targets. Monitor and analyze campaign data and creator performance to identify insights, optimize engagement, and improve monetization strategies. Research market trends, monitor industry statistics, and adjust strategies accordingly. Develop scalable creator education programs, such as short-form video content, LIVE workshops, and campaign-based training materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign and educational initiatives align with TikTok LIVE goals and user needs. Translate complex product features and business goals into easy-to-understand creator communication and educational resources. Conduct post-campaign analysis and generate actionable reports to guide future initiatives and scaling strategies. Build and maintain relationships with creators, agencies, and community partners to foster growth and retention.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Designing online marketing campaign strategy, including synchronizing online content and marketing product strategy to optimize revenue; Iterating on the online marketing campaign strategy using market trend and data insight; Designing measurement plan, performance measurement metrics, and media effectiveness learning agenda to drive progress on business KPIs; Project management, including creating project plans, managing timelines, and coordinating tasks with cross-functional teams; Gathering and analyzing large digital data sets containing both structured and unstructured data to derive customer insights using Excel; and Conducting market research and audience testing for company's products and product features. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88920 - $159600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
