The Director of Operations will assist the Cambr organization alongside career bankers and technologists who are laser-focused on helping our bank clients capitalize on growth opportunities. The key responsibilities of this role consist of developing and updating policies and procedures for internal and audit purposes while staying up to date with compliance best practices in a regulated environment.

Additionally, the Director of Operations will work with a dynamic team to rapidly scale the Cambr platform and deploy new integrations.
