Advisors Excel-one of the nation's largest independent financial services companies-is launching a brand-new lead generation and appointment-setting operation, and we're looking for a Call Center Sales Director to help bring it to life.
In this role, you'll recruit and develop a high-performing team, establish the processes and technology that drive success, and lead the day-to-day operation. You'll help build the foundation for a scalable, high-performing call center while shaping the future of this growing division and creating meaningful value for Advisors Excel partners
What you'll do: - Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Call Center Representatives focused on creating quality consumer connections and advisor opportunities
- Lead daily call center operations while establishing scalable processes, workflows, and quality standards.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including contact rates, qualification rates, appointments booked, and appointments held.
- Develop call scripts, coaching strategies, and quality assurance programs that drive consistent results.
- Work alongside your team during the early stages of the department by assisting with outbound calling and appointment setting as needed.
- Partner with senior leadership to establish operational processes, optimize lead management, and enhance the advisor handoff experience.
- Evaluate and help implement CRM, dialer, and other call center technologies that support business growth.
- Analyze performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Help shape the future of the department through hiring strategies, organizational planning, and continuous process improvement.
Experience you'll bring:- 5+ years of outbound sales, call center, or appointment-setting experience.
- Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring sales, appointment-setting, or call center professionals
- Experience building processes, workflows, or team structures in a growing or changing environment.
- Demonstrated success working in a metrics-driven sales environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and outbound dialing technology.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Bonus Points: - Experience building or expanding a call center, sales team, or operational function.
- Experience developing operational processes, performance metrics, or incentive programs.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, annuities, Medicare, or a related industry.
