Job Description:
Essential Functions:
Create CAD models of custom machined parts and assemblies
Conceptualize new design solutions
Document design requirements with fully-defined engineering drawings
Research COTS components for suitability to requirements
Update documentation per engineering direction
Create drawings for Circuit Card Assemblies, electrical cables, & other electro-mechanical assemblies
Mastery of CAD modeling best-practices
Strong 3D visualization aptitude
Proficient with CAD softwares; Solidworks and/or CREO

Experience using Microsoft Office products
Perform trade studies between design alternatives
