Description

RSC2 is seeking an experienced C5ISR and Acquisition Strategist to support the development and delivery of mission-focused solutions for U.S. Army and Department of War customers!

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a C5ISR subject matter expert across intelligence, sensors, mission systems, tactical networks, data integration, and related capabilities.
  • Analyze missions, capability gaps, modernization priorities, threats, policies, programs, and technologies to develop feasible, acquisition-ready solution concepts.
  • Produce mission and capability assessments, courses of action, technical recommendations, and executive briefings.
  • Analyze acquisition strategies, contracts, requirements, funding, evaluations, and procurement timelines.
  • Align solutions with customer priorities from requirements development through testing, integration, fielding, and sustainment.
  • Develop acquisition approaches, roadmaps, risk-reduction plans, and practical mitigations while maintaining appropriate contractor and government boundaries.
  • Identify and assess Army and Department of Defense C5ISR, intelligence, sensing, mission command, and acquisition opportunities.
  • Engage customers, partners, technology providers, and mission stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities.
  • Support opportunity discovery, account planning, market research, positioning, teaming, investment recommendations, and authorized external engagements.
  • Support or lead strategic captures through customer, competitor, incumbent, market, acquisition, and probability-of-win assessments.
  • Shape bid decisions, competitive strategies, discriminators, win themes, value propositions, teaming, and customer messaging.
  • Contribute to capture, solution, proposal, and color-team reviews and develop credible, executable technical, management, acquisition, transition, and mission-support content.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, intelligence studies, national security, acquisition management, systems engineering, program management, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience supporting Department of Defense C5ISR, intelligence, acquisition, operational, technical, or program-management missions.
  • Understanding of Army or Department of Defense acquisition organizations, program executive offices, program and product offices, capability development organizations, and acquisition lifecycles.
  • Experience in business development, capture, proposals, customer engagement, market analysis, or strategic planning.
  • Ability to translate operational, technical, and acquisition requirements into executable solutions; evaluate alternatives and risks; and advise senior decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of government contracting, capability development, system integration, testing, fielding, and sustainment.
  • Excellent writing, briefing, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior military, government, technical, acquisition, program, and industry stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment; use Microsoft Office applications; travel as required; and obtain and maintain the required security clearance.

Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $120,000 to $175,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position.
