Job DescriptionYou will be the C130J Flightline Completion Manager for the Flightline Completion team which is responsible for managing C130J aircraft through all flightline processes.
What You Will Be DoingAs the C130J Flightline Completion Manager you will be responsible for overseeing avionics checkout, fuel functional checkout, engine runs, system checkouts, and final aircraft inspections prior to sale and delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Directly manage C130J aircraft through the complete flightline workflow, ensuring all checks and tests are completed.
- Prioritize daily aircraft work flow based on delivery dates and flight test schedules to meet Long Range Plan goals.
- Review and finalize daily work plans, reallocating resources as needed to achieve daily objectives.
- Conduct end-of-shift tie-ins, communicate priorities to the next shift manager, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Escalate constraints that cannot be resolved at the manager level in a timely manner.

National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
