The Work:- Design, develop, configure, test, and support Cúram solutions for health and human services programs.
- Build and maintain Java-based Cúram components, batch processes, interfaces, financial modules, and integrations with external systems.Translate business and policy requirements into functional and detailed technical designs that align with established architecture and development standards.Develop and troubleshoot SOAP web services, XML integrations, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, and other data exchange components
- Analyze complex defects, production issues, and performance concerns, and implement sustainable fixes across application, integration, batch, and database components.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, testers, and client stakeholders throughout Agile delivery, release readiness, deployment, and production support
- Provide technical leadership through solution reviews, code reviews, estimation, mentoring, and development best practices.
- Support modernization efforts by helping assess dependencies between existing Cúram capabilities and new platforms while protecting service continuity and data integrity.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
Here's what you need:- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience developing or supporting IBM Cúram solutions.
- A minimum of 4 years of Java development experience in large enterprise applications.
- Minimum of 1 year experience designing and developing Cúram batch processes, interfaces, web services, or financial components.
- Minimum of 1 year experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, XML, SOAP web services, and technical troubleshooting across integrated systems.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience. If an Associate's Degree, 6 years of work experience.
Bonus Points If:- You have proficiency in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- You have experience in the Financial Services Industry, specifically Capital Markets.
