THE WORK
The C-130J International Program Manager (PM) reports directly to the C-130J International Sr Program Manager and is responsible for program performance and day-to-day execution for all assigned projects.
In addition, the PM will be responsible for alignment with LM Aeronautics (Aero) AMMM PMs ensuring C-130J Training Support is available to AMMM International aircraft pursuits.
Specifically, the PM is the primary program leader for all program activities, leading internal program reviews to report cost, schedule, and technical performance. The PM understands how to complete staff work, leverage digital transformation, and effectively use metrics to make data driven decisions.
The selected individual will represent C-130J International Programs with LM Aero AMMM, Direct Commercial customers, and USAF FMS customer and user community for their respective projects including Program Management Reviews, conducting Customer Bi-weekly Reviews, and developing strategic initiatives to grow the C-130J International business.
The PM may represent the International Sr PM as a primary interface with LM Aero AMMM PMs, DCS customers, and USAF FMS stakeholders for all C-130J International training matters.

Experience working across BAs and all functional organizations to ensure program success with the focus on cost, schedule, technical, and Risk, Issue & Opportunity Management to meet program objectives.
Experience serving as the primary program leader for all program activities, leading internal program reviews to report cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Establishing milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains effective solutions to meet program requirements.
Experience as the primary point of contact for International proposal efforts, leading program management estimates and supporting proposal efforts as required.
Basic Qualifications
PM/SPM Level 1 or Higher Certified
Demonstrated Strong Business Acumen
Management experience with program size >$50M and annual sales responsibility >$20M
Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver on P&L commitments
Experience Managing Cross Functional and Decentralized teams.
Relevant experience in CAM Risk Manager, EVMS and Risk Based Assessments
Experience in Training Device Production and/or Trainer Modification Programs
Return-To-Green Experience on one or More Programs.
Ability to travel as needed
Must be able to obtain Secret Security Clearance.

Experience with FAR 15, Commercial Proposals and Firm Fixed Price Contracts
Knowledge of C-130J Aircraft, C-130J training systems and simulator product line architectures
Understanding of LM Program Management and Performance Excellence policies and procedures.
Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $236,325. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $154,100 - $267,145. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
