Research & Analysis: Conduct regular and ad hoc research to inform key decisions and contribute to client deliverables. Source, evaluate, and present insights on financial markets, investment strategies, industry trends, competitor analysis, portfolio holdings, and performance. Develop high-quality presentations that clearly communicate complex investment concepts.

Content Creation: Produce best-in-class content for internal consumption with a focus on thought leadership and driving commercial outcomes as well as weekly business updates.

Internal Communications: Represent the Global Head of TPM in communications with TPM staff and other internal stakeholders, helping increase connectivity. Gather and synthesize information from across the organization, consolidating business priorities and KPIs into executive-ready dashboards and updates.

Process Management: Organize and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and ensure timely execution of critical tasks. Assess existing processes, recommend improvements, and design new frameworks as needed to support evolving business needs.

  • Adept at analyzing, interpreting, and synthesizing complex data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Track record of independently managing ad hoc projects independently with minimal oversight.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, paired with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, enabling clear and concise information sharing.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
