This newly-created role will serve as a key resource on the team helping craft the communications and content strategy for BXHF. The role involves significant exposure to the investment and product teams and distilling relevant content into effective marketing collateral.
Specific Day-to-Day Activities May Include:
- Attend investment, product, and business meetings to capture key insights and themes.
- Translate discussions and investment views into presentations, brochures, fact sheets, talking points, pitch materials, scripts, and other client-facing content.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and refine messaging across materials and channels.
- Draft, edit, and maintain content for clients and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to facilitate content approvals.
- Organize and maintain content libraries, templates, and supporting materials.
- Support strategic initiatives through the creation of presentations, written materials, and executive communications.

- 2 years of experience in content creation, communications, marketing, investor relations, consulting, journalism, financial services, or a related field.
- Outstanding writing, editing, and presentation-development skills.
- Proven experience synthesizing complex information and communicating it clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong PowerPoint skills and an eye for presentation design and storytelling.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Commitment to learn quickly, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Interest in financial markets and investing; experience in alternatives or asset management is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.

Expected annual base salary range:
$225,000 - $250,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
