Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• 3+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and component lifecycles
• Strong proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel data analysis
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Local candidates from the Boulder, CO area only, no relocation assistance available

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and MRP processes to align inventory with production needs
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers through regular communication
• Lead supplier quality initiatives and onboarding processes with engineering and quality teams
• Identify and manage end-of-life material risks and component lifecycles
• Analyze data and trends to optimize procurement strategies and reduce costs
