Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and manage accurate purchase orders using the ERP/MRP system.
• Verify details of purchase orders including pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules.
• Secure supplier confirmations and handle discrepancies in orders.
• Regularly review active purchase orders to confirm accuracy in delivery and quantity.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding overdue or unconfirmed purchase orders.
• Identify and communicate potential material shortages or supplier delays.
• Adjust purchase orders in response to production needs, including expediting and rescheduling as necessary.
• Coordination with logistics and suppliers about shipment and delivery details.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Support resolution of any issues related to receiving, quantities, pricing, or quality.
